Try Chrome.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I do not think they have an email for that. They say on their website to use the form to contact their "privacy team", or alternatively by post, what I did already. I only put that just in case somebody is facing the same situation. The only way to send a SAR letter to PE at the moment seems to be the normal post.
On the Newbies thread it is mentioned this email enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk as the litigation team of PE (not the privacy team), that should be contacted as the last chance to stop the claim. However I didn't find that email on their website.0 -
It's not on their website. It's an email address I know, from years of doing this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Use the enforcement email. We know that is manned. If you sent it snail mail did you get proof of postage? If you did you have a very strong case with the ICO.0

I try to use google as less as possible and I don't have it on my PCs. So I won't. Sorry I am not going to install it.
Thank you guys for keeping this forum alive. Without all the info I found online and specially on MSE forums the few days I am going to take off everything would be less nice.0 -
I think I will email them then.
Yes I got proof of postage. A bit more expensive but I think it worths it. Good to read that.0 -

Alright, in my country the cheapest postage doesn't have any proof of postage. You basically put stamps on it and into the postbox, that's all. I thought here in the UK should be something like that as well. There isn't? I always ask if the price offered includes a receipt with postage number...
I finally started today to write the post to the PE litigation team. I know it may be a bit late but... The thing is I am not sure what I should tell them. I guess the only thing I can do is explain to them the situation and ask them if they could kindly stop the claim against me?0 -

Instead of putting it in an ordinary post box you simply go into a post office and ask for it to go first class and you say that you would like a certificate of posting. The certificate is essentially a receipt that says where the letter is addressed to. The certificate is free.0 -
Thank you. Thinking it better now, in my country (Spain) it is probably exactly the same thing.0
