Celebrated new statement day with a change pot payment, now at:
#175 = £7100 / £7300
I'm learning all the time. I'll be honest, I struggle with my head (don't we all?) at times, and in foresight of my other half moving back out (she came to live with me to shield on medical advice) I indulged some £ in one of my hobbies, to keep me occupied on the now quieter evenings. On the run up to this though I'd started building up a small emergency fund- and I've managed to use that to cover the costs and not have to load my card. I see CLEARLY how this should work now. If nothing goes wrong (famous last words!) in the next 10 days, I shouldn't have to go back to the credit card before payday............ fingers crossed. I know that emergency money should be for emergencies not hobbies.............. but if it helps me get through this next re-adjustment without getting too dark it will have been money well spent. Anyhow, enough ramblings...................
Keep up the hard work everyone!Pay Off Debts by Xmas 2025 debt £0/74006
