Disqualified from driving for speeding. How do I appeal?

    It may be too late.

    That could be read two ways. They could be relating what they were told by the court.

    My work is based on driving, I work in events and it’s crucial for me to drive vehicles including my car and company vans.
    It’s literally taking bread away from my mouth, if I’m not able to work.
    Also as self employed, I’m not entitled to any support.

    So....because you depend on being able to drive, it should not be possible to enforce driving laws against you? How does that work?

    If you *need* to be able to drive, then the onus is on you to ensure you don't do anything that might prevent this, like breaking the speed limit for instance.
  • So you want free legal advice because you can’t control your speed or be bothered keeping your records up to date?
