Disqualified from driving for speeding. How do I appeal?

I think it's 21 days since I found out about the situation.
I will call local court tomorrow, and see what happens.
It is my first year of driving in UK.
I've held a EU Driving License for 10 years, and I know law is different in every country, and it's an ignorance, but I will learn from my mistake.0 -
Also does it matter that speeding has been detected on 10/03/2019 and Notice has been sent on 23/04/2019? 43 days after the speeding?0

Or thats the first letter they told you about, the original went in the bin or they thought you should have changed your contact details by now and binned or witheld everything until they started getting knocks on the door asking for you?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Have you filled out the V5C with the new registered keeper address and changed your address on your driving licence yet? You can do the licence online and it took me less than a week to get new new licence back.0

The Notice of Intended Prosecution for speeding has to be served on the registered keeper within 14 days, but there is no such time limit for the s172 request for driver details.0 -
You really need to get talking to a lawyer as soon as possible and get them to help sort it for you. You've got too much to risk taking internet advice.0

He doesn't need to talk to a lawyer for legal advice. Most courts will accept an oath taken from a commission of oaths to put things back to square one. Pepipoo will put him on right course to minimise the damage0

And do it soon! You have 21 days to make a statutory declaratio, from the date you became aware. The clock is ticking!SlavicPirate wrote: »I think it's 21 days since I found out about the situation.
