UK Clarins Double Serum 50ml - Genuine?

I've noticed this product is really cheap on eBay, a lot cheaper than the high street.

If you could search for this product on eBay please because the system is not allowing me to post links directly.

They're around £23 but £78 on the hight street!

They're shipped within the UK but can see the owners are from China. I've bought stuff in this way before and they were fine but not beauty products like this.

Has anyone had experience with items like this? You would've thought eBay would close them down immediately if they were fake.

It's hard to tell these days with so many fake reviews.

Thanks very much and hope you can help.

It is highly possible it is fake. There are a lot of Clarins fakes especially if they are from china
How much feedback do they have?

Possible to be fake but also previous version of the serum had mineral oil in it, then they changed the formula as people complained. It could be also the old version on sale on Ebay?

    Yes, they reformulated the product.

So if a business seller could have bought up a job lot of the older version. They also will appear in TKMaxx.

Also is the eBay one full size and not just a generous mini size.

But since from China to be honest I would avoid.

Anything that is sold in or from China must be tested on animals but I guess if you buy Clarins thats not an issue.

Personally I would never buy beauty products from Ebay, you have no idea whats in it or where its been!

Hi!      I’ve just received Clarins Double Serum.  Also China.    Seller shop named Sensormall.        Does anyone know if this sells fake products?     My double serum has a different smell and is thickish and seems to have no or little oil in it.      I have just written to Clarins to ask them if they have changed their formula lately.

I did check on the base of the bottle and the code imprinted is genuine....I did a check on a site for Clarins etc on codes.   I also checked my store bought Clarins and they all checked out and years produced.  Could a double serum bottle be tampered with?   It’s quite hard I would think but who knows?

Yes, things can be tampered with.   A small factory with the right equipment.
