IF they have a default in ahead of your submission, then tough. You pay up IN FULL within a month, do NOT accept any other amount being paid- over or under - than the amount specified on the court, get a receipt and ensure the court knows. You MUST do this, as if the claimant fails to tell the CCBC in time, youre screwed.

For you to go back to the NEWBIES thread and read the links under the red heading 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.

Please always go back to the NEWBIES thread first and no asking us about DQ stage, at all, please. Not at all! Not till WS stage, please.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi Experts,

I was reading the Newbies thread for next steps. Apparently I will need to be collecting 'evidence' such as notice displayed at the parking area, pics of where I had parked, etc.

The parking controller has now changed and the parking (which is a private land) is now controlled by another company, the sign boards have changed, the parking permits have changed and my friend does not have the old ones. Thus I do not have any evidence to prove and support my defence :(

    Any suggestions pls.?

    Thanks

Try GSV and use it's go back feature to look for signs etc

Try a Google search because many sites have a history and people post photos online

    Thanks again.
Tried all things but could not find any pictures from 2018 :(
So - I do not have any evidence to prove - neither the parking permit nor pictures of the parking signs.

    What option do I have?

You should receive them in the claimants witness statement plus exhibits which you will exchange nearer the hearing date in a few months time

    Dear all,

I have now received a DQ. Just bit concerned that I do not have any evidence at all. Any advise please? Do I stand a chance even if I do not have any evidence - no pictures, etc.

    Thanks

Just complete the DQ in line with the advice in the NEWBIE sticky and return it as per the instructions posted by KeithP in post #4. Evidence comes later in the process along with the Witness Statement (WS).

NewUser2, I have taken this opportunity to update the lists in post #4 above.

Nothing material has changed, just improvements for clarity.
