You are asking of us questions the answers to which which can easily be found in the stickies, Government guidance, and by searching the internet. This is a self-help forum, please make some effort yourself.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Hi all,

    HNY to you.

qq: I have done AoS on 16/12/2019 so now how many days do I have to submit my defence please?

    Thanks
The answer to that question was clearly spelt out to you in post #4 above.

    Here it is again...
Having done the AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 8th January 2020 to file your Defence.
    That was two days ago.

There is only so much that we can do.
As The Deep says, "This is a self-help forum, please make some effort yourself".

File a Defence today and you may be lucky.

But if the Claimant is on the ball they will have already sought a Default Judgment against you. Take two minutes to check MCOL claim history before spending time on a Defence.

It was never more than one month and it's a month ago when you asked for help

    You snooze , you lose
  • Are you saying that I am late to file by defence? so should I just go ahead and pay the charges to settle?

Sorry - I am now panicking.
  • I checked the MOCL claims history and the last update is:
Your acknowledgment of service was received on 16/12/2019 at 12:05:16

Please let me know what should I do now? Pay and settle?

    File a Defence today - before 4pm.

Re-read post #4 above on how to file a Defence.

You are now in a race to file your defence before the Claimant gets a Default Judgment against you.

    Thank you all.

Send my defence via email... Just hoping that it will be accepted.

Worse case - will there be a CCJ filed?

    Yes, that's the worst case.

Now look at item 6 on the list in post #4 above.
    Here it is again...
No need to do anything on MCOL, but do check it after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not, chase the CCBC until it is.
You might want to ring the CCBC now to ensure they record receipt of your Defence promptly.
