Well Outlook has worked very well for me for twenty years or so. That's why I would generally prefer to return to using it.

Would you recommend any particular program to receive emails to multi addresses?

Outlook can do it, in fact it supports up to 15 I believe. If you can keep track of 15 email addresses, good luck to you.

Here is a note of warning regarding Office 2019.
On a new Win10 PC, it was impossible to install Office 2007 and I had to buy Office 2019.
One-Note has become a web-based Win10 app, no longer part of Office 2019.
Old One-Note files are now in the wrong format, so 12-years of history is lost.
Outlook calendar does not sync with windows phone, or Office 2007 on win7 PCs.
Word and Excel have a new Ribband to get used to.
To use existing One-Note files on my PC, I had to buy Office 2016 and delete Office 2019.
WhatsApp is no longer supported on windows phone, so Win10 has caused us to buy new android mobile phones.
All outlook calendar/contacts/mail have been migrated to Google.
Android phones are linked to Google Drive/Photo/Gmail/Contacts/Maps and Calendar,
so outlook Mail/People/One drive/Calendar have fallen into disuse.
Google Chrome Browser works fine on Win10.
I use AOL mail as my primary email address and Gmail for my Google account. All AOL mail is copied to Gmail. I also have a Live Hotmail address to access Outlook.Com for my historic One-Drive files and photos.

Microsoft is resurrecting onenote 2016 according to recent reports. Windows phones died years ago with plenty of notice

Office 2007 is documented here as being able to install on Windows 10, you probably wouldn't have been able to do it while Office 2019/365 was there:

They are not "in the wrong format". Microsoft upgraded the file format twice after it had introduced OneNote 2003—first in OneNote 2007, then in OneNote 2010. OneNote 2003 files can be opened by both OneNote 2007 and OneNote 2010 in read-only mode, and subsequently upgraded to the later versions of the file format. OneNote 2010 can read and write OneNote 2007 file formats. It can also convert back and forth between the 2010 and the 2007 formats.

Plus you say elsewhere in the post that you were able to use them in 2016 so they weren't "lost", were they?
Outlook calendar does not sync with windows phone, or Office 2007 on win7 PCs.

You can only sync one account on Email and Calendars on your Windows phone.
WhatsApp is no longer supported on windows phone, so Win10 has caused us to buy new android mobile phones.

WhatsApp is supported until the end of the year. It was announced back in May that this was going to happen, but the fact is that Microsoft announced in January they themselves were going to stop supporting Windows Phone. So to blame your need to migrate on Windows 10 is quite frankly ridiculous.

None of this is remotely related to Office. This is what happens when you tie all your online affairs into one solution and one that never really gained any market traction; the continued rise of Android and the dwindling share of Windows Phone should probably prompt you to ponder what happens when (or if) this is pulled.

    Wow.
Perhaps I made a mistake buying a windows phone in 2012.
I thought Microsoft were big players then.

3.75% was its maximum worldwide market share as of December 2015. Today it has only 0.15%. Android and iOS naturally take the lion's share of the market, 75% and 22% respectively.

Office 2007 had the ribbon. It has only been tweaked a bit since.
