can I move from white meter plus to E7
hi everyone
I posted this earlier but it appears to have gone, apologies if it returns and you have two
anyway, Mum is with scottish power white meter plus on the three different rates
I phoned SP and they said she could move to E7 as long as the land lord was okay, and it would be a free change of meter. So I phoned back SP today, for them to say that moving to E7 would mean a change to a day and night tariff, and that would mean there would be no line for the electric storage heaters
I assumed that the control and night would join
am now confused , can any one help before I phone again and no doubt get a third version

It's best to keep one on the go rather that keep starting new ones as we'll all get confused
