How to cancel phone payments - CPA

Hey all, need any pointers here. Have just been going over bank statements and found monthly payments going to Lycamobile for the past 9 months and am not able to find out which number it is being taken out for as none of my active connections are with them (ported out a while ago). As usual, their customer service is hard to get to over the phone and they haven't responded via email either.

I've requested the bank to stop payments which they've said they will but cannot assure as it is a CPA (taken from card, not direct debit) and the vendor could contest. Where else do I take this if their customer care drags their feet?

Well first port of call would be their CS as no one can do anything until you've spoken to them and got some actual facts.

    That's their problem not yours.
