Best Rent Guarantor Company?

Hi
We have been renting since 2013. Never missed a payment or been late.
My husband is in year 4 of an IVA and now that kids have moved out, we want to move somewhere smaller with a lower rent.
We keep getting turned down due to the IVA and are looking at Rent Guarantor companies to put a landlords mind at rest. We are trying to reduce our outgoings and obviously a guarantor will be an additional one, so would be grateful for any recommended companies?
Many thanks.

You will need a personal guarantor.
There are insurance companies that offer landlords rent guarantee policies, but
* firstly, unless a landlord already uses one he is unlikely to be pursuaded by a tenant applicant to start
* secondly he would have to pay the premium
* thirdly, most require the tenant to have been approved by the company's tenant vetting service - and with an IVA this is unlikely
For example, the Homelet policy says:Any tenants in the property must be satisfactorily referenced in accordance with our conditions in order for you to be able to take out Rent Guarantee Insurance with us. This means that tenants need to be referenced on a HomeLet Enhance reference check. HomeLet’s Enhance tenant reference includes employment and financial checks, as well as a credit check and a reference from a previous landlord, if applicable.
Referencing is required for each tenant named on the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and for the full rent outlined in the agreement0
