Thanks. I have actually stopped gambling after this nightmare . I still feel angry about my experience. How can a UK license company do this. They done it to so many people on trustpilot.
The company run by viral interactive who I have tried emailing but no response. I emailed rush partners email bouncing back. After this you will see 300 bad reviews for them and still nothing will happen to them.
I reported it around 100 bad review now onto 240 .I can't believe this .0 -

Have you tried to contact the company to ask for an explanation ?
Totally agree. We don’t need to see these figures and they are going to put off a lot of people from reading your post0 -
Could it be some anti money laundering procedure?
After all why would you withdraw money only to deposit more?0 -
If I win say £1k I don't want to keep it in the account in case I gamble too much . So I withdraw and then deposit my fixed amount so if lose it that's it. If I didn't withdraw each day I would have big balance which I would probley go onto lose.
They do those checks on 1st withdrawal or £2k so they never did that the money was from my savings.0 -

You do realise that the MO of gambling companies is to exploit people, don’t you? It shouldn’t be news, or surprising.0

Yes but they shouldn't be doing it it against responsiable gambling rules they have on lccp. The companies run by viral who do not even email me ignoring me.0
