KYC is from the off, not how much you put in or gamble.

Mind you I have 2 online accounts with well known UK bookies and neither of these have ever asked for proof of ID.
Might have something to do with not gambling more than a couple of quid at a time.

Thanks . My account was verfired they should of processed even one withdrawal. I tried eMailing viral for answer but I am being ignored. I been told my account show I am problem gambler . Too many deposits and too many withdrawals because they never processed any.

I hope they get fined so they cannot do this to others they already have over 240 bad reviews on trustpiolot but are still allowed to trade.

But if you never asked them at the time why the withdrawals were being cancelled it was abit silly of you to just keep trying to withdraw.

Also your saying you made 100 deposits and 96 attempted withdrawals in just 1 month (which is more than three per day!). Maybe they were being cancelled because you were just messing them about by withdrawing money then immediately putting it back in. It makes sense for them to cancel your withdrawal if your just putting that money back in from the same card and repeating three times per day.
