BT Line rental Saver

Hi,
Just looking at BT packages as I might call them and see if i can switch and see what options there are.
However, I noticed the new packages say £x per month including line rental. Does that mean BT have stopped the line rental saver as you used to be able to pay 1 year line rental up front which would then reduce your monthly bill but doesn't appear a option now? or is it mentioned further through the purchasing stages or hidden in small print in the hopes we don't notice it?
I have seen there bt superfast fibre essential for £24.99 a month and says includes line rental. .
My price has currently jumped from £13.50 to £28.xx so hence this deal looks more favourable. However i'm wondering IF i can get line rental saver on the above deal, maybe i'd then only pay £16.49 * 12 upfront and then only £5 a month for broadband?
Thanks
Kev

It seems the line rental saver is still available, just went on there online chat
Didn't see it on the site so thought they got rid of it.

The ridiculous thing is that it says there that it's refundable. However, on the page where you actually place the order it says it's not.Neil_Jones wrote: »Stompa0 -
I just phoned them, seems i'm just outside the window in which I can change the contract so they have advised I phone back in Jan and look at changing my package, so will have to see what the deals are like then, shame they wouldn't allow me for the sake of 1 month

Yes, i was concerned re line rental saver that IF i paid for a year & then when i came to renew the offers were better elsewhere, I would loose my years LR so hence I've decided not to renew my line rental saver yet and will pay the LR per month for now until I can call them in Jan and see what my options are.
Thanks!
