The more expensive one has an established, and therefore more private, garden. The less expensive one appears to be very overlooked by neighbours.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

The interior is... interesting. :rotfl:
I'd like to submit a claim to MSE for damage to my retina's. I shouldn't have looked.........
Hope the original seller doesn't frequent MSE0 -
Maybe the owners of the first house (that sold more cheaply and who obviously decluttered) did not properly understand what sells in the local market?0

Both are in the same neighbourhood. In fact the 420k property looks in a better condition to me. Am I missing something?
OP are you thinking of buying around there? You know that they are building a MAHOOSIVE estate along the Lower Dunton road? Will take years to complete.0 -

Are you talking about the Redrow 'The Shires' or the new planned village east of A128?
I am not going to consider it anyway as there aren't any good secondary schools nearby.0 -

You have no idea if the cheaper one was bought by a tenant or a relation of the vendor so the property was never marketed or available to anyone else0 -
