Idential houses, one sold for 460k and one for 420k?

Both sold around July/August 2018.

460k:

22 Glenwood Gardens, Langdon Hills, Basildon, Essex SS16 6TU

Both are in the same neighbourhood. In fact the 420k property looks in a better condition to me. Am I missing something?
