Did anyone else take out the £24/month with £75 credit Virgin Media super fast Broadband deal (finished 7-nov) promoted on MSE, and then find they are being charged £27/month?
The order emails don't mention the amounts. Started a web chat over 24 hours ago, still no reply. And I've just been on the phone on hold for 12 minutes and then cut-off while waiting.
