PCN reference number illegible! cant appeal or pay

IF these appeals get rejected, make sur eyou are on top of the follow ups. For example, courts have MUCH stricter deadlines than POPLa. You *cannot* allow these to slip as wlel.

One query - you calim the NtK was out of time for the first, yet said you got a NtK around 4 weeks after the windscreen ticket - how can that be late? Para 8 is very clear - when there was a Notice to Driver, the NtK must be served between 29 and 56 days. "around 4 weeks" to me sounds like it was in time?

The 1st PCN I got for the uuummm 5 hour overstay! P4parking the operator have uploaded their evidence to popla...

So I got 4 PCNs on 4 different dates...

There are four visitor parking bays where I got my pcns.

For the 1st PCN popla appeal the photo P4parking are providing as photographic evidence is a picture of my car parked on the bay nearest to the signage. a photo taken on the 30.10.19 (for one of the other pcns).
The 1st PCN I received on the 03.10.19 my car was not in the bay of the photo they are using (I was in the bay next to It) so further away from the signage.
So they are saying I was parked in the bay 3 when I was actually parked in bay 2, their photo in their rejection to my first appeal (to p4parking) shows i'm parked in bay 2, which is where i was parked when i got the pcn.

But the photo they are providing to Popla is my car parked in bay 3 and they are saying "The same bay where the appellants car was parked" which is not true.

To be honest the paring bays 1,2 and 3 are next to each other so it is a difference of only a few feet but as they are technically telling a porkie or they've made a mistake, is this useful?

So I have the opportunity to provide comments to the Operators (p4parking) evidence to popla. Should i say I wasn't in bay 3 but bay 2?
or save it for the courts?
Will the judge say I'm trying it on?
