Debit card fraudulent transactions

Would I be right in assuming that an online/cardholder not present transaction originating in Nigeria with no CVV code could easily be charged back in the type of scenario posed by the OP?
Unless the transaction has been through VbV then there is a chargeback right CVV or not.Life in the slow lane0 -
I woke up today and just discovered a purchase on my Revolut account which I didn't make. It's £22.50 taken by "Bookit" in Birmingham (not my city). The first transaction was at 20:55 which got blocked automatically and the app says "Please unfreeze your card to make this transaction".The second transaction, just 1 minute later at 20:56 went through (same amount, same merchant) or at least it appears as being pending now.In the Revolut app I clicked on "I don't recognise this card payment" which just instructed me to freeze my card (which I did). It also says that "this payment is still pending, the merchant has time until 21 March to either claim or cancel the payment. If the transaction doesn't get reverted within that time frame and funds are taken from your account, please contact one of our support agents."
Does it mean I should just wait until 21 March and do nothing? It looks like a long time to me. I also wonder if I'll be able to contact any of their "agents" because from what I've read on the web, people are unable to contact Revolut and get help if they have some problems.
Edit:
As I was writing this commend, another 2 payment attempts were made from iTunes for £1 each, which both got declined.

No point in reporting to police.SlovakianGuy said:And again today at 3:09 am. An attempted payment for PureGym.Should I inform the police? Or they won't bother simply because the amounts are so small?
Report to your bank stating these are not your transactions. They will then stop and replace your card. Refunding you for any that have debited.
Don't let them fob you off saying that they have not debited yet. Your card still needs replacing or it will just continue.Life in the slow lane0
