Evidence to support your Defence (other than the Southampton case which accompanies your Defence) will be submitted with your Witness Statement in due course. In regard to the Beavis case, you just attach copies of the pages holding the quoted paragraphs, not the 200+ page tome of the entire case. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Good morning all,
Just a brief summary to recap - this was set aside in May this year, now so far I have submitted a defence and DQ as GallStones are wishing to pursue the case, the harassing bullies that they are...
Court still appears to be suspended for these cases, so absolutely nothing from the court still.
Yesterday I received an email from ol' Glad-rags with the DQ of their's, stating that they:
1. would very much like to enter into mediation to resolve amicably (I guess being £255 in the hole makes you want to do that) or by the looks of it this is a normal tactic to fish for more information.
2. would very much like to see any documentation to show that I had a right to park there (lease or agreement of sorts) ok - this is something at this time, I do not have in my possession, I am hoping will have in time for the hearing - please advise how to overcome this at hearing where I hope to put them a further £255 in the hole
3. have said there are some dates that they cannot attend in a covering email (of which I have not seen)

Mediation is fruitless wrt these parking tickets. Unless the are prepared to fully compensate you for your time and trouble, ignore them. If they have added on unlawful costs they are on a hiding to nothing imo.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

But you can send a holding reply, saying it's not yet in your possession due to COVID living arrangements, and why don't they simply ask their client for the copy of the Head Lease and risk assessment and other enquiries they must have made with the freeholder before starting enforcement at a site with existing residents with leases, agreements, rights and easements...a professional AOS member must surely have undertaken such due diligence to avoid penalising residents which was clearly not their remit.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
