So off to a good start - today is NSD 1/10
Love that motto Brooklyn, will have to remember that one.
Yay Honeysucklelou2, good to see you on the new thread  and well done on the NSD!:T:T

hi Ms W, and welcome
 Food shopping does not have to be included per se - it's really up to you. Participants can decide if they want to exclude particular costs, if the costs are necessary - for instance, I exclude bus and train fares, and others exclude fuel, or physiotherapy. My own thought is that basic, regular grocery shops don't have to count but one-off impulse buys or anything extravagent or unusual probably should. What do you think?

I don’t count any days I spend. That makes me wait till grocery shopping day instead of nipping in to the supermarket ... because I am totally unable to just buy the item I went in for...

I wonder whether we really ought to have "group rules" over food and fuel, rather than individual rules. It's just a thought.0 -
Today will be a spend day for me - booked some train tickets ready for travelling for Christmas, and I need to pop out and get fruit and veg to last me the week.
Cathybird - I didn't end up watching any Christmas films yesterday - the choices available on telly and Netflix were not to my taste.
On the plus side, I did wrap all the presents I have bought so farSave £12k in 2022 = £3705.97/ £7,500 (49%)
