Who did you talk to at Superbowl? Complaints need to be done at manager owner level, not customer services or similar.

I spoke to the manger on duty.

I have done some sleuthing and found out who are the directors of the venue and it's holding Company. The holding Company has Superbowls all over the UK, each registered as a separate company, but all use the same address.

May contact via snail mail as the only email addresses are for each venue to make bookings

The best place to find the owner is to pay a few quid to get a copy of the Land Registry entry. This is irrefutable in court.
The scammers must have a contract with the owner or flowing from them.
You can also ask the council who pays the non-domestic rates at the property.
