Who did you talk to at Superbowl? Complaints need to be done at manager owner level, not customer services or similar.
I spoke to the manger on duty.
I have done some sleuthing and found out who are the directors of the venue and it's holding Company. The holding Company has Superbowls all over the UK, each registered as a separate company, but all use the same address.
May contact via snail mail as the only email addresses are for each venue to make bookings0 -
The best place to find the owner is to pay a few quid to get a copy of the Land Registry entry. This is irrefutable in court.
The scammers must have a contract with the owner or flowing from them.
You can also ask the council who pays the non-domestic rates at the property.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Article 13. is part of GDPR. It is information that must be provided to the individual at the time the information is collected.
If it is not provided, a company should not be collecting the information
