    Hi Julicorn,
Please can I join the 2020 challenge and be allocated a number?

I joined the challenge several years ago and it was a great motivator and I eventually enjoyed a short period of mortgage freedom.
Fast forward a few years and we put a large deposit down on our current home.

    Mortgage outstanding is approximately £74,000.
My initial target for 2020 is to get mortgage down to £65,000.

Current mortgage payment is £505 (interest portion is £130), so work to be done to achieve target.
Hi uzubairo, of course you can! I've given you #79.
What would you like me to put as your target? Most of us find it easiest to track just the overpayments, but if you want I could also use your total payments. Total reduction is a little trickier to track in this spreadsheet :)

    Hello mfw’s

Id love to start this, ive managed to pay off £3000 off my cc over the last couple of years. So ive figured its now time to trickle some extra off the mortgage. It wont be a huge amount but if i can join ill tot up some figures.

I hope im not too late 😬
The only way you'd be too late is if it was 2021 already :rotfl:
Welcome to the challenge, you're our #83 now. Could you let me know your target for the year? :)
