NowTV refusing to refund after switch

Hello,

Does anyone have any advice on how to get a refund from Now TV? I switched my broadband from them to Talk Talk 2 months ago, but they have continued to charge me and refuse to refund me as they say Talk Talk did not tell them they had taken over the service. I did everything I was told to do but feel completely ripped off by them.

I have been chasing both Now TV and Talk Talk about this since September, being passed from person to person and have submitted complaints but am getting little response. Should I just give up?

Switch is gaining provider led .
Any problems are down to TT .
  • Of all the providers I have been with, I found NowTV and Sky most reasonable with regards refunds. Sky actually paid me a small amount back even though I ended a contract early and NowTV only took a propotion of the charges when I did the same with them.
