Removing a parking company from a business car park

This looks like a new variation on the This is not a Parking Notice scam.
Expect a NTK in the post within 14 days.
Meanwhile complain to the landowner and/or whoever employed them, and check your contract/lease as already advised.
Depending on the size of your business you might want to consider moving premises again.
As for the SAR, the scammers must provide you with all data they hold which should include a copy of the attendant's notebook/log/tablet where your VRN has been recorded as well as any photos taken that show your VRN.
If they are not provided within 30 days then complain to the ICO.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Yes I have issued a SAR straight away- so the thirty days is ticking!! I have had previous with these scammers at another location, so fully expect them to take it to court.
I am going to get on the back of the managing agent/land owner to make their life as difficult as possible until they kick out VCS. There is 1000 per cent no need for them to be there- the car park is off a quiet side street, access is by key fob that releases the shutter and the car parking spaces are all marked out with who should park where.
When I moved in the managing agent assured me that 'VCS don't patrol this car park'...... well it seems like they have decided to get a Christmas bonus in and had a look around yesterday.0 -
How did they gain entry? Isn't that breaking and entering and trespassing? Maybe you need your own signs - trespassers will be eaten by the BEAR - of course you then need to go and buy a bear.0

Did you remember to send proof of ID such as a copy of the vehicle V5 with the SAR?
Either the MA lied to you or VCS lied to them. Answers on a postcard please …
Definitely get the other businesses/residents to complain as well, and send them all here to learn what to do if/when they get a love letter.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I am on the Managing Agent's case already- and will start to get momentum from other tenants to complain too. there were certainly a couple of 'privacy notices' issued on cars.
I think they waited for a client to leave the premises and the shutter to open to gain access.
I had previous with VCS at the old business premises so the first thing I asked the managing agent was 'why are you employing VCS? They are a set of cowboys'. I received a long e-mail from the managing director of the managing agent explaining that VCS have a monopoly on parking in the area and he assured me they don't patrol the area 'unless there is a complaint' . I should have taken it further then, but moving into a new business property-other priorities took hold.
The location and premises are perfect in every other way, just need to get these parasites out!
I will wait for their inevitable love letter................ and then do the usual futile appeal...

Nice surprise this morning as VCS have accepted my appeal (fluttering ticket), I did include photographic evidence of the permit on the floor of the car.
Having dealt with them before all the way to court I was fully expecting them to reject the appeal and have another day in court.
I had put pressure on the managing agent to cancel the ticket- now I need to put more pressure on them to get rid of VCS/Excel from the site. There is no need for them whatsoever as access is by key fob which releases the rolling shutter.0
