    Have to say it really annoys me when sellers do that. We left a few bits for our buyers (with their agreement) that wouldn't work in new house including fridge/freezer, washing machine and free-standing cooker. We wouldn't have dreamed of asking for anything for them- we were just grateful our buyers wanted them, and saved us the bother of removing them.

    I get frustrated when people decide they want to take all the venetian blinds / curtain poles which are basically designed to fit that specific window so they can't easily use them elsewhere and have to make good the damage of removing them (ha ha )

    We did the same offered our buyers all our white goods & bedroom furniture as our new house comes with intergrated appliances & our bedroom furniture isn’t the right style for new house and as their FTB in rented accommodation they were really happy that we are leaving them
