As above, find a way to contact them from their website to make your complaint.

Create a draft PoPLA appeal as per Redx's comments using all the relevant template appeal points from post 3 of the NEWBIES, then post it here for checking before you submit it.
If the payment instructions weren't clear then the signage must have been inadequate, so that will be one of your points.

What happened when you complained to the landowner?
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

I wasn't aware I can complain to the landowner. Can I still do this, or too late? What's the process (it was Cardiff stadium) ?

    Many thanks!

Just sent both NCP and Principallity stadium and email asking to reconsider (and to principality to step in). Thanks for this!

I've just found a webpage powered by NCP called Resolver. Can I used the service alongside searching the forum when I get to POPLA stage?

Resolver is an absolute waste of time.
  • Oh well, It turned out principallity stadium is not the landlord. How can I find who that is? Its just outside the stadium and it says 'Stadium Parking' . I am sorry if I'm being stupid here...

I've tried few google searches with different key words to no avail.

If you can go into the local council office you can ask them who pays the business rates on it.

Your last option is get the details from the Land Registry for a few pounds

    After a bit of a research I've found: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/05176305

Castle Court Freehold Limited. Maybe on the right track, failing that I'll pay 3£ to obtain the information from landregistry.
