Sounds like total b0l0x sorry to be rude but it should say recomended age for sleeping 6-12 not just recomended age as there is no mention about the desk being so low other than some stupid measurements. I guess it will be a lesson for me not to purchase from usless websites such as mrstlatpack
You're not really sorry for being rude though are you, given that you have twice taken the trouble to craft the swear words so they get through the site filter.

Grow up, calm down and look at the situation rationally. You don't have a legitimate complaint about the bed. What you might have are rights associated with a distance sale, but since you're too busy ranting to answer the question that's been asked twice (and was asked in order to help you), we can't say whether that's the case or not.

There is not a lot of height with the desk, something fairly obvious from what they say about the total height of the unit
This Cabin bed is designed to suit parents who may have concerns about the height of high sleepers; it has a total height of 135cm which means it has all the excitement of being a "High" bed, but is still low enough to be safe and easily accessed
  • Well im guessing you dont have children so you wouldnt know that 90% of children would not fit with in desk area at recommended age by manufacture. They should put in bold writing PLEASE CHECK CHILDS HEIGHT AS DESK HIGHT will only suit children under 5.
  • Its ok ill know for future to check twice. Thanks for all the help anyway and good luck

I'm 5'7" when sat on a normal kitchen chair seat height 40CM my eyeline is 120CM. So that is only in the middle of the top board.
Put in a lower seat height and you will not have a problem.

So for your 7 YO to have that issue he really is above average height for his age.
    Life in the slow lane
  • Fails to answer simple questions asked twice to actually try and help.
Guessing also failed to read the dimensions before purchasing.
