Car dealer didnt take credit card payment

A few weeks ago i purchased a car at a dealer, & we agreed that i can pay a small amount on my credit card for the section 75 act. However at the time of payment their card machine wasn't working, i waited around for hours for them to get it fixed but to no avail. I had paid the rest by bank transfer already so coundnt…
