    I know friends who have successfully used myus.com.

    They will ship heavy items; anything over 150lbs goes via Fedex economy freight.

    Thanks, I have used them before for small items. This would be the easiest way to go, if it works.

    I had the fear that some dealers may refuse to ship to a myus address, but hopefully that fear proves unfounded.

    I've also used fishisfast - might be worth comparing prices for a few freight forwarders as fees can vary widely. I used to use MyMallbox, but the fees got too much for me even with occasional use.
