Hi, for those that had this account and were paid the £25, for the sixth month product which presumably has matured today, have you successfully managed to withdraw from the Cash savings without having £25 deducted?

Hopefully I am not going to have to have email tennis with HL on whether I satisfied all the T&Cs...

    Me too!
This is what the withdrawal confirmation document stated about the £25 being "Returned to payment source":
"In order to comply with the UK requirements relating to anti-money laundering regulations, part of your withdrawal has been returned to its original source."

Hopefully "returned to payment source" means "also sent to your nominated account separately" rather than "withheld by HL in the hope you'll eventually forget about it".

I had £4 "returned to payment source". Are you saying yours was £25?

I remember I had a similar message when I made a withdrawal some time ago from another account, but I then did receive 2 payments which added up to the total.
I think (not sure) the payment source is your debit card. So you get some to your debit card, and the rest by BACS to your bank account.

I will hold fire until Wednesday or Thursday, to see what arrived in my account.

What I find more confusing is that the matured account has vanished without a trace. So I have no means of checking the transactions on the account. Not the end of the world, but rather unprofessional.

The other peculiarity is that they insisted to keep £1 back from my balance.

I can see it on transactions, albeit you have to look back over the whole previous year until any turn up. No record of it maturing into the easy access and withdrawal transaction tho, but maybe that comes within the 3 day period.

yes, it's showing now in Transactions - two entries, one returning my £5K, and the second the interest on it. I also now had an email saying the account matured and that the funds are now available.
