and then one of his posts, which would not appear to contain anything offensive, has inexplicably disappeared from this thread immediately after me quoting it and replying to it.

Now the entire thread on credit scores not being meaningless has disappeared as if it never existed. Come on Mr/Mrs/Miss moderator, tell us what was wrong with that thread?
Is there an objection to posting sensible posts and starting sensible threads for the purpose of sensible discussion? Are only 'my account was blocked because I received a million pound transfer from a dodgy country' type threads allowed?

Ooops, looks like theres been a little bit of carnage on this thread, I do apologise!!
Im just trying to sort this cci business out. The judgement is dated 21st November, does anyone think we'll be able to have it 'set aside' within the 30 day period? To reiterate, my wife didn't receive any letter of claim or court paperwork- this cci i the first she heard. In the past, there were occasional problems with post. All this comes at a difficult time for her and my kids and its having an awful effect on everyones mental state. What the hell can we do?? :-(

Pay the money you owe. To be honest your situation is very odd and difficult to take at face value - see my previous comments.
