-I'd like to stay with my current bank, but get a help to buy isa with a different bank, is that possible? (i don't have a h2b isa with any bank yet). Thank you.

Yes, if you haven't paid into a cash ISA this tax year, then you're free to open a HTB ISA with any institution you choose, regardless of where you have your current account....0
