Underfloor heating on marble

So i have found developer will provide no access to anyone until completion
I still have not found anyone that can do it all. They told me without flooring the ground floor will be all concrete.
I wasn't happy with the spec of the tiling offered on my bathroom and wanted a shower installed, realising I didn't want to incur the hassle of removal I asked that the bathroom walls be left bare, and the bath not sealed so I could have the work done myself on completion. Judging by the apoplectic reaction you would have thought I'd committed a mortal sin, but when common sense finally kicked in I ended up signing a disclaimer so the developer held no liability. This was 20 years ago, so it can be done.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

So i have been told any grooving on the floor will invalidate my warranty. I have to look at other options. I saw an old thread for nuheat which did not sound good https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=207&t=1478311&i=20. The others are warmup and https://www.theunderfloorheatingstore.com/water-underfloor-heating/low-profile
I have measured from floor to kitchen worktop is 89cm. Washing machine requires 85cm, so I have less than 4cm to work with. Marble floor tile thickness is 12mm. Can anyone advise best way forward?0 -

I'd be scared of investing in marble. It looks beautiful when it's installed properly with a seamless fit, but get a tiler that doesn't know what they are doing and the look can be utterly ruined. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
