Hi
I'm currently pursuing a complaint through a well known company but the guidance online isn't great so hoping someone on here.might have inside knowledge.
I've asked the company for their complaints email address and postal address which they are refusing to give me. And when I look at their terms there is no complaints procedure documented either. And no address for complaints. Is this legal? I always thought they had to publish a complaints procedure and give you the complaints address details if asked.
Thanks

There's nothing in law that forces a company to have an official complaints procedure.0

Why did you think that? Unless it's a particular type of regulated business (financial services, solicitors etc) there's no general requirement for a business to have any sort of complaints procedure or a special contact.0 -
If they sell online then they need to have their registered office address details.
If they sell online to consumers then they should provide details of an ADR service and whether they agree to submit to the ADR.
Why not just write a complaint to their registered address? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

It's Kiki Milano. Not afraid to mention their name at all but thanks for your input.0

Thank you. There isn't anything on their site just what to do for returns etc. When I asked for their details like address and email they refused to give it out. Not sure why any reputable company would refuse that! Thanks again.0

Not sure why? I thought I'd read it previously but must have been in relation to other regulated businesses Ike you say.0
