You need to quantify your spend and minimum zoom.
For instance the Huawei P30 Pro with its 50 times zoom, but only 5 times optical, was £899 back in March but now its £624 at Amazon. Slow mo, shutter speed and aperture can normally be set according to which photo app you want to use.0
