You return it to the CCBC using the same e-mail address that you used to send your defence. You serve it on the claimant - name and address on the original claim form.0

Apologies for not updating sooner.
So I received a letter saying that my case was to be heard at Newport court. Around the same time I received a number of phone calls and letters from BW legal asking me to basically negotiate a deal to avoid court. I ignored all their phone calls and letters. Just before they were due to pay the court fee to proceed, I received a letter saying that they had pulled out!!! Fantastic result and worth all the reading on this forum. Massive thankyou to everyone who took the time to help me! Much appreciated.2 -

Looking back to when you started this thread, you can now see the huge scam BWLegal operates and that alone is a must to report them to the SRA ....... This bad legal firm wasted your time
