    It worries me when I see the word Statement after the word Defence , meaning an old defence has been plagiarised

    It's one word , Defence

    And the Abuse of process was updated following the win by coupon mad in the cec16 thread

    If you have time before submission deadline , wait for critique and spend the time honing it , you have about 11 days left yet

    Good evening. Thanks for taking the time to look at my defence. I have edited now using the updated abuse of process. As redx said, I still have a while before i need to submit it so i will wait a while, wait for critique and tweak it as necessary. Cheers

    Add it as a new post, dont just edit an old one

    Did you use an old defence the first time round? Cite sources when you copy and paste, makes it easier to check !

    Apologies I will do that next time. I used lines from a couple of different defences in points 1-12 (can't remember which ones now sorry) and edited some to suit my particular case and car park. From point 12 onwards is coupon-mad's defence from #14 on the abuse of process thread.

    Just get it submitted as long as you changed the heading to DEFENCE.

    Quick update. Directions questionaire received from northampton court. It says to return the form to the court and serve copies on all other parties. Do i send a copy to BW legal or directly to NCP. Cant seem to find an address for NCP. Does anyone know it? Thanks
