  • They've not been fixed. Brand new customer here, just switched to E.ON, got an activation email which sent me straight to the "Sorry!" page. Not a good start...

    I've just checked and all's okay with our website. I've been able to go into all the various sections.

    Just a thought; please make sure the browser you're using is one we support. Currently, these are Chrome (latest and two previous versions), Firefox (latest and two previous versions), Edge (latest and the previous version), Safari (latest and the previous version) and Internet Explorer (latest version only).

    These are when using a desktop. There are different variations if using a mobile app or tablet.

    Please contact us if your browser's one we support and you're still having difficulties. It could be there's something specific to your account that's blocking you.

  • I'm using the latest Chrome on macOS. Disabled extensions and everything, still didn't work. Mobile phone wouldn't work either.

    It eventually came back up and let me do it, but now I've gone to register my first meter readings and it's happily told me "Whoops, something's blown it - Sorry, your account isn't available while we fix it."

    Hello wakeyjess and I'm sorry you're still having difficulties with our website.

    I've just checked and as MoneyMate says, I'm not seeing any problems and can use all the tools available to me. Please talk to us as it could be something specific to your account that's stopping you giving us your first meter readings. We can also take these readings ready for when your account goes live. Advisors are available until 8pm tonight and from 8am tomorrow.

  • Email this morning pestering me to give my opening meter readings so off I go to the meter, come back and... "We're sorry, but we're not able to take your opening gas meter readings at the moment. We're aware of the problem and working to fix this as soon as possible."
