JISA transfer question.

Hi all,
I recently finally got around to transferring my kids JISA and CTF to HL, so i can manage my investments in one place and have more fund choice.
The JISA transfer is in process currently and i got a contract note for the sale proceeds of the transfer from OneFamily over the weekend in the post - but the proceeds amount is only for a fraction of the last valuation. In fact, if i were to guess - i'd say it only amounts i've contributed this tax year. (to give perspective, it's had monthly contributions for 8 years).
Should i be concerned that the whole investment was not on the contract note, or does this sound normal? Unfortunately, the online account at OneFamily is now closed, so i can't see whats going on there or access historical statements.
I'm waiting to see what lands at HL presumably this week before chasing - but just wondered if anyone here can offer me some piece of mind
particularly as my daughters CTF is going through the same process.
Thx

well - thought i'd update this thread although nobody commented
I have resolved the question and the transfer is complete - so panic over. Interestingly, when i called OF to investigate, they had no record of the letter i'd received, could not explain what it meant or how it related to my account. They assured me everything was fine, and sure enough 2 days later an appropriate amount was transferred. Really odd - they suggested it was an IT error, and could investigate if concerned, but really had no explanation at all.
Interesting eh ?!? (if a little concerning)0
