I rather think that what is happening is not for the eyes of BWLegal.
They can read about the future spanking when it appears on this forum.

BWLegal has a major problem, they think they are 'The bee's knees' and they are NOT, and as I have said many times on here, BWLegal are out of their depth and they should not be privy to what is happening

Well, I guess you could say my D Day finally came today!

Have just had confirmation through that the claim against me for this parking ticket has been requested for Discontinuance.

So after nearly three years to the day when the first debt collection agency letter fell through my post box this has finally gone away.

Seems Britannia were not prepared to share the Landowner Agreement contract, requested by the judge at my telephone hearing, and so have dropped the claim against me.

Might be of some help for anyone else battling against Britannia at this particular car park. Not sure what else it might have been that finally made them give up but at last they have.

I must give a massive thanks to Coupon-mad, who has stuck by me through all of this and finally gotten me to the result today. To all of you regulars here on the forum please keep up the good work and be gentle with the newbies!

Anyone else out there still fighting, do not give up, every one of these judgements that goes against these people has to bring the end of this sleazy trade a step closer

This OP went through a hearing recently and (Removed by Forum Team) of BW Legal ramped up the pressure by sending, in readiness for that hearings, a second WS accusing this OP of changing his story, and tried to get the court to award just shy of £1000 costs for unreasonableness.

Then they discontinued after the Judge gave the 2nd WS short shrift and ordered a new video hearing with the landowner agreement having to be produced.   It seems Britannia don't like that question about the Portswood Centre retail park, so one wonders if it is in the wrong name of the dormant Britannia Parking Services Ltd.  Or expired, or whatever.

They discontinued after all that effort and the enormous 'costs' frightener.

With this car park, as well as the landowner authority not being produced, there is the important fact that the ANPR cameras are not on private land and actually film the public highway under the entrance archway, which is part of the traffic order area.  Not private land, so every ANPR image is showing cars on the public highway and there is zero proof of how long any car was actually past the end of that road and within the car park for.
