I must be the luckiest TSB account holder, as these problems never seem to effect me!
The sun really does shine upon the righteous, I guess...
TSB says it has resolved an IT failure which meant wages and other payments were not paid into some of its customers' accounts.
The bank says it was due to a "processing error" and those affected will not be left out of pocket.
But customers complained about being unable to pay their rent and long call wait times when trying to seek help.
It comes just days after TSB was criticised over IT failures that hit 1.9 million customers in April 2018.
I must be the luckiest TSB account holder, as these problems never seem to effect me!

I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

As you pointed out in a recent thread, system problems are a regular occurrence for the banks, but TSB ones are probably regarded as more newsworthy by the Beeb because of that background....0 -
