Are they delaying?  They're in the middle of a consultation?
    A promise is a promise

im sure they can come up with all sorts of excuses why it’s taking so long, but if they want to remain in power they have to keep this promise

Nope we are only at the very beginning of the beginning

you want to know what we will be like in a months time then just look at China a month ago.

they are about two months ahead of us.

if the UK don’t shut down every thing and go into lock down as China has done then it will be far worse
  • They cant really release the detailed policy when they're consulting.  That said the info realesed gives a broad brush overview.

They've broken a lot of promises already, no-one seems to care. Off the top of my head, it was said that there could be no cuts in the civil service, guess what happened? 5% cuts needed.

China were the one government who did things the best way with their extreme measures, they got the R0 down to very low numbers

other governments will see very high R0’s because they put the economy ahead of people’s lives

To stay in power governments need to make new promises. It's expected that they won't keep the ones they already made.
