Morning all, I know I am a bit late to the game but I have already started saving my £2 coins this year so if possible please can i join in?
I don't have a particular target but wanted some way to stop casually spending everything that is in my purse :rotfl:
I think I have 5 or 6 already in my pot - 2 of these were added yesterday from some change I received in a shop. I think they are all plain ones but in future I will pay more attention to what is on them.£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120 -
Hello savers old and new!
I have an essential spend today - a birthday card and a stamp! I plan to pay with a £10 note (and hope the cashier doesn't ask if I've got 'anything smaller'!) and I'm hoping for at least one beautiful £2 coin in my change! Will let you know how I get on!
Have a great Saturday and keeeeeeeeeep saving!

Thanks Gem-gem! I was grossly let down by the cashier in the card shop - 4 poxy £1 coins! But luckily Nanna came to the rescue and I was able to exchange those for 2 beautiful £2s, one plain and one Brunel, and they are now safely stored in my pot with all their little friends, bringing me to a lovely total of £42!
Still gotta buy the stamp so hopeful of one or two more tomorrow!
