The liar Boris Johnson just can't stop telling lies:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/50496609
"The claim: Boris Johnson unexpectedly unveiled the Conservatives' plan to raise the threshold at which people start paying National Insurance contributions. He said: "If we're lucky enough to be elected, so the first Budget we will go up to the £9,500 threshold and that will, as I say, put £500 into the pockets of everybody."
Reality Check verdict: That's not the correct figure. The Conservatives' own press release says the benefit from raising the threshold to £9,500 in 2020-21 would be £100 per year. The Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) says it would be £85 per year."

Because Lab, the LibDems, SNP etc are all so scrupulous about never telling lies.
Lying has been 100% legitimate since Blair. Thanks for that.0 -
Typical Dom Cummings.
From doctoring Keir Starmer videos, to masquerading CCHQ as a factcheck website, now this.....and much much more to come.“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -
Yes, if you win an election by complaining about sleaze then run the sleaziest and most corrupt UK administration of all time, you give permission for everyone after you to lie to their heart's content. Lying is now fine. It really is.0

What is there to discuss? All parties tell lies. And without imported votes and voter fraud Labour would have very little support.

J. Goebbels
There is no evidence that goebbels ever said that.
#fakenews
No better than goebbels or trump are you really? Pushing your big lie to further your political stance. Quid pro quo indeed.0 -

This too today. Sinister scary stuff.. and currently appearing above the Labour manifesto in Google when one searches for the Labour manifesto. The Conservatives have set up a fake website purporting to contain Labour’s manifesto, in a bid to trick voters looking for the document. The governing party paid Google to promote its website, labourmanifesto.co.uk, to the top of its search results for people searching for the opposition plan.
The move is the latest underhand tactic employed by the Tories, who were earlier this week accused of running an authoritarian-style disinformation campaign to confuse voters about opposition plans. It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

Take some responsibility eh?
Do you teach your kids that lying is OK because everyone does it?0 -

Next.
This attitude as why the world is getting less civilised every day.
Today's lesson is......you can't win if you don't lie.
Have we really come to this?0 -

The frightening thing for me is not so much a continuation of a tory Govmt, for another five years..... that's nothing new....but I really don't see any plan whatsoever for re-uniting the country.....I mean apart from the brexit divisions....Scotland looks like leaving the rUK....being Welsh I know there is a re-energised nationalism there as well....and talk of a re-unification referendum in N Ireland has also started....but perhaps Johnson has a plan!0
