Smart watch for OnePlus 6t

I have a OnePlus 6t and I am looking for a smart watch that can easily operate with the OnePlus Oxygen OS. This OS is not a stock android, and due to experience, it does not always interact with other OS. As an example, is with not fully interact with my Tom Tom.
