How to work out daily calorie intake?

Hi I need help trying to work out my daily calorie intake please. I have been on various websites and they are giving me different information. I recently saw a website with a new BMI calculator from Oxford University.
Does anyone know how to work out my daily calorie intake accurately?
I am 58 inches tall and weigh 51 kg. I am female. Not active (desk job). I am 27 years old.
Also, is it possible to lose weight if I eat 200 calories less 5 days a week, then I eat my normal maximum calorie intake at weekends?
Thank you.

Hi Loomak and welcome to MSE
there are lots of apps and websites that will work out your calorie intakes and I'm sure you'll get lots of advice on here from other members
myfitnesspal will work out you daily calories for your height weight and activity level, it will also let you input your target weight and give you options depending on how much weight you want to lose per week, you then input everything you eat each day. Other sites will work out your calorie allowance and allow you to meal plan to stick to it
eating less calories than you need will always lead to weight loss
there are some supportive threads here on MSE too

Your BMI is 23.6 according to the NHS website. That is well within normal parameters. Why do you want to lose weight?0

BMI means absolutely nothing. It’s not accurate in any way. BMR is also a guess but that’s how many calories you need to just stay as you are an live.
MyFitnessPal is a great tool for scanning barcodes to track you calories. Easily done. You can link this with a Fitbit or other smart watch which will adjust the calories you need depending on how active you are.
Roughy 3500 calories = 1lb of fat. So there are the deficits you need to work to.0
