Refund not received

Hi I placed an order online on October 23rd and was told the item would be released and dispatched around November 3rd. After waiting a while I emailed asking where my item was and they explained unfortunately the item is no longer available and I should have received a refund they then told me they’d look into it. It’s been nearly a week since they last made contact and they have failed to answer my last 2 messages so obviously it feels like I’m being ignored. What do I do now?
