So there's clearly been a mistake here then? No. The Judge doesn't have to use your Draft Order suggestion so this isn't a mistake.
You can use the new template defence (search the forum) even for a case where you know not much about the facts of the PCNs. Also the SAR will have shown you what the PCNs were about, far more than any POC on a claim form.
How many PCNs is this about and remind us, from the SAR, how did they arise/what sort of car park?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'll call the court this morning to clarify.
I was under the impression that the claim (and subsequent CCJ) was now gone, and that they now need to either drop it or issue a new one? I have not been served with any claim, so what am I defending.... a case which was set aside??! I don't even know how the figure they've come up with has been itemised, and what they are particularly claiming? I've seen nothing, haven't been able to respond to a claim, and haven't had the timescales that are supposed to be given?
Coupon-mad... this relates to 15+ "charges," each with £60 added, issued to the car I am the registered keeper of, in a communal residential car park (not specific spaces) at an address where I and all driver were residents, and where the car was registered as being kept, and where a permit was requested but never given

The CCJ has gone but the claim has reset to the point that the claim has been issued and the next step is a defence.1
