Virgin media: what is maxit tv?

Options
Hi

Just downgraded as I could no longer afford £133.50 a month. Am I on a worse deal?

I was on full house tv xl with sky sports and cinema collection with m350 broadband. £133.50

Now changed to

Maxit tv with m200 broadband £98.50

Virgin changed the package names in June:

Opting for Mixit gets you 110 premium TV channels, while Maxit bumps that up to 230 and includes BT Sport and a number of popular Sky channels like Sky Cinema, Sky News, Sky Sports Main Event, and Sky One, to name a few.

What exactly are you getting for that? Maxit TV & the M200 BB offer for Black Friday is currently £45 a month (normally £62)

That offer will be for new customers only. They made that clear.

Then if you're still within a cooling off period you need to make it clear that you're leaving. Surely you can't be happy paying literally double what new customers are paying? A big chunk of those 'new customers' will have had Sky for 12/18 months after leaving VM. They'll yo-yo back and forth getting 'new customer' deals while the 'loyal customers' get ripped off.
